Online Training
I am now offering online training again! I will be doing 1 or 2 days a week where we meet online and I coach you through a 30 minute workout. Then, I will also be giving you 2 other days to train on your own through the week! We will first meet online to discuss your needs, goals, and any limitations, then pick a start date, and then I will program your 4 week training cycle.
Through your training, I will program it to have some resistance and some cardio. I believe these two combined are amazing! I will also make sure the program suits your workout environment, whether that is at home or at the gym.
